How much do I get back if I cancel?
If you cancel before paying, there is nothing to refund, no deposit is ever taken before visa approval. After payment, the refund depends on how close to departure you cancel:
- 31 days or more before departure, full refund, minus any airline or hotel charges already incurred on your behalf.
- 15-30 days, 75% of the package price, or more where the airline and hotel refund more.
- 7-14 days, 50% of the package price.
- Under 7 days, only what the airline and hotel return; near departure this can be nil.
Whatever the operator recovers above these slabs is passed back to you in full.
What happens if my visa is rejected?
You receive a full refund of the package price. Because payment is only collected after approval in the standard flow, most rejected applicants have paid nothing. The Saudi visa fee itself is non-refundable once filed with Nusuk, that is a government rule, not ours.
How do refunds reach me?
To the original payment method within 7-10 working days of the cancellation being confirmed, with a written breakdown of any deductions.
How do I cancel?
Reply on the WhatsApp thread where you received your quotes, or write to the operator named on your booking, quoting your enquiry reference. Cancellation takes effect from the date you send it, not the date it is processed.
