If you are travelling and something goes wrong

Every group departure has a named on-ground leader with a Saudi number, given to you before you fly. They are the first call.

Saudi emergency numbers: 911 for police, ambulance and fire in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah and Riyadh; 997 for ambulance elsewhere. The Indian Consulate in Jeddah operates a 24-hour helpline for Indian nationals.

There are staffed medical centres inside both Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi, free to use, with English and Urdu-speaking staff.

Complaints

If an operator has not delivered what was sold, tell us with the booking reference. We hold the operator relationship and we can escalate in a way an individual traveller usually cannot. Operators who repeatedly fail are delisted.
