Booking and payment
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit, ordinarily 20% of the package price. The balance falls due in two instalments: 40% at 60 days before departure and 40% at 30 days.
Prices quoted are per person and hold for 7 days from quotation. Airfare and hotel rates move; a quote that has expired will be requoted at current rates.
Visa rejection
The Saudi government visa fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including rejection. Where a visa is rejected and the application was filed correctly, we refund every other element of the package in full.
Where a rejection follows from information the traveller supplied incorrectly, the same applies, we do not treat a rejection as a forfeiture event.
Cancellation by the traveller
Before visa filing: full refund less any bank charges. After visa filing: refund less the government fee. After airfare is ticketed at 60 days: airfare is non-refundable; hotel elements are refunded to the extent the operator recovers them.
Cancellation terms for specific packages are stated on the package page and take precedence where they differ.
Liability
We deliver the ground arrangements directly as a licensed operator. Where an element of your package is not delivered as sold, we will refund the affected element.
We are not liable for delays or cancellations arising from airline schedule changes, Saudi government policy changes, or events outside reasonable control. Travel insurance is included in the visa fee and covers medical costs; it does not cover trip cancellation, which should be arranged separately.
