When does my order ship?
Orders placed before 4 pm on a working day dispatch the same day; all others within 24 hours. You receive the courier name and tracking number by SMS and email at dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
- Metro cities, 2-5 working days.
- Rest of India, 4-7 working days.
- Jammu & Kashmir, North-East, islands, up to 10 working days.
Ordering for a departure? Allow at least one full week, and mention your travel date in the order notes so we can flag anything that will not make it.
What does delivery cost?
Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown in the store ship free. Below it, the exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay, there are no charges added after.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packing, for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, worn ihram, opened attar and opened food items cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty or wrongly-shipped items are replaced or refunded in full, including return courier costs.
How do I start a return?
Write to the store contact on your order confirmation with the order number and a photo of the item. A pickup is arranged where couriers offer it; otherwise we share the return address and reimburse standard courier charges for faulty items. Refunds reach the original payment method within 7-10 working days of the item arriving back.
