Have ready as separate files: passport bio page scan (not a photo of a screen), the Nusuk-spec photograph, the yellow vaccination certificate, and PDF confirmations for hotel and flights.
All files under 5 MB, JPEG or PDF. Scans, not photographs of documents, glare on a photographed page fails validation.
The three fields that cause rejections
Full name. Enter it exactly as printed in the passport machine-readable zone, including any middle name and the exact spacing. Do not abbreviate or reorder.
Photograph upload. Nusuk shows a preview with a face-position overlay. If the face does not fill the guide, reshoot rather than proceeding, the automated check will fail it.
Date of entry. This must fall inside the validity of your confirmed flight booking. A mismatch of even one day is rejected.
After submission
Status appears in My Applications. Check the message log rather than reapplying if nothing moves. On approval, download the PDF and print it at full A4.

Is Nusuk the official Umrah visa website?
Yes. Nusuk is the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah platform for Umrah visas and permits, including the Rawdah permit. Applying directly costs only the government fee; anything above 14,500 rupees is an intermediary's service charge.
